Paula is a 6th generation Texan with deep roots in the cattle industry, oil & gas, and hunting ranches. Raised with a profound appreciation for people, nature, land, and animals—values instilled by her grandparents—she has spent her life embracing the great outdoors. As a ranch owner, avid equestrian, bird hunter, and angler, she knows the land not just as an asset but as a way of life. A natural-born saleswoman, Paula’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. At just 13, she founded and operated her own fresh salsa company, successfully taking it from local mom-and-pop shops to grocery store chains. Her transition into real estate was seamless, having grown up with a broker parent who developed numerous subdivisions across San Antonio. In the real estate world, Paula is known as a creative, "outside-the-box" thinker who thrives on selling unique and hard-to-market properties—whether it’s high-end ranches, luxury estates, or commercial raw land. No matter the size or scope of the deal, she provides every client with dedicated, around-the-clock service. To Paula, real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about building lifelong relationships. Paula has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since 2006, winning several awards for excellence in sales over the years. She is a proud member of Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Land Broker CO-OP, NRA, CCA, The Argyle Club of San Antonio, and received a BS from UTSA.
